Moorea
The soaring volcanic peaks along the spine of the island of Moorea, one of the French Polynesian islands in the South Pacific, are a dramatic sight reflected in the mirrors of the crystal lagoons that surround this tropical paradise. The island has no distinct towns, but there are some luxury resort hotels around the shoreline,more and numerous local settlements lining the single road that encircles the island.
