A great vibe - Tommy Brunel. Date of travel: Jan 2003
I travel to Manchester regularly, so easy to get to from London by train and there are also lots of cheap flights. While I wouldn't describe it as top holiday destination it has a lot going for it and the centre was re-developed really well after the IRA bomb. The new casino will add another attraction. Manchster has a great vibe, excellent clubs, interesting people, the world's greatest football team, so lots of reasons to visit!
