I just got back form a 2 week stay with my folks at Val Thorens and what can I say? Such a great time. When I needed a break from the folks I'd head off down to the bars and hang out with some of the people I met and became friends with. The skiing was second to none and the shopping and everything else about this resort was just top notch!

Skiing is fantastic - even better than Aspen where we went last year! Lots of lifts and good, tough runs (if you like that) and easier ones too! We skied 80 kms with a guide one day - across 3 valleys - it was a real experience!
