Although a popular resort, Kassiopi has managed to maintain its ‘little fishing village’ charm. The traditional port is home to a string of lively bars and restaurants with a magnigicent backdrop of Mount Pantokrator and hills covered with olive groves, vines and citrus plantations. Trips around the island of Corfu by both boat and coachmore
Kassiopi my favourite place on corfu - Pat & Tony McMahon. Date of travel: Oct 2010
I have been to Kassiopi before so I knew what to expect. It is a lovely place despite everything closing down for the winter. A very special place was Don's Bar which was about 30m from the main street , opposite the Tex Mex restraunt. The welcome you got was like you were old friends coming back. The food was excellent, cooked by Don's wife and mother. I had the best stifado I've had in years and my husband said the mousaka was the best he's ever tasted and that is saying something as this was our 15th visit to Greece. They cater for every taste, even down to Sunday lunch. Highly recommended.

Kassiopi the King of the great Greek villages XXXXXXXX - Oonagh Dennehy. Date of travel: May 2010
I love Kassipoi because it is big enough to give you a choice of supermarkets restaurants and bars, but not so big that the personel touch is lost. One of my most favourite towns in thw world. If you need help and advise the tourist shops will be of help but better still quite the best guide to the area works in bar towards the end of the one way system in a cafe internet place. A fantastic girl who even when busy can find time to talk and advise.
Nice village! - Dan, Ben, Rhian and Les. Date of travel: Jun 2007
We tried most of the restaurants in the area and they are all quite cheap and the food is nice. The Chinese restaurant is nice but the portions are tiny! Don's and Bolero were our favourites! Watch out for the shot they give you after dinner in Don's and Kassiopi Star! Yuk! Cocktail Bars are everywhere and we tried most of them to! Didn't pay more than €4 for a cocktail! We booked Excursions from Comic and went to Aqualand, a sandy beach (as most of the beaches around are rocky) and the evening trip to Corfu Town. Aqualand was €28 and to be honest I thought It was a little over rated. Kalamaki beach was nice but you have to pay €7.5 for 2 sun beds. The evening trip to Corfu Town was nice but you only get about 4 hours there which isn't enough as there are shops everywhere!

Best place I have ever been, such a friendly place.
Kassiopi - Julie Melton. Date of travel: Jun 2006
Having been going to Kassiopi for 15 years on and off and already booked next year for 2 weeks. It is lush, green and beautiful and the people are so welcoming. The harbour is bustling and comes gently alive at night - so many bars with karaoke, quiz nights or maybe just a drink - whatever you like really and a different restaurant every night. Janis is a superb restaurant overlooking the sea. Bolero - go get a wicked breakfast and go to Illusions and Jasmines for karoake and a good night. I would live in Kassipoi if I could or at least retire there, I have met people who have and all have been really happy.
Brilliant - Kelly. Date of travel: Jun 2005
Kassiopi is the most beautiful place. Anyone that goes here will want to go back year after year. Ive been 5 times now and will keep going back. There is something for everyone and the island is so small you get to meet so many people. Illusions bar is great, Panos, Nikos and Aki are all so lovely and friendly (on top of that they're gorgeous too) Eclipse bar is also great. There are plenty of restaurants and a great Aqua Park nearby too which is handy, or for the more daring there is a large Aqua land less than an hour away which is a brill day out. You can book boat trips to a nearby sandy beach which has many water sports and other resorts such as Sidari, Acharavi and Paleokastaritsa. All lovely places too and well worth a visit. The sunny pool in Kassiopi is great and the staff so friendly. The Solaris is also a great pool all lovely and clean with nice snacks available. Can't fault Kassiopi its a mini paradise. What can I say about Kassiopi. It is absolutely wonderful, just like the whole of Corfu. Last year was our first visit to the island and we fell in love. It's green, scenic, friendly. we stayed in the Nikiforos apartments. Very basic but ideally located. The owners were fab, hired a car which is a must, there is so much to see on the island. Can guarantee something for everyone. The food is amazing and there is a different restaurant for every night of the week. Highly recommended. Can't wait to return. Tour Operator: Sunset
