Roda was great. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment whether it be cars, mopeds or water parks. This area is great for all of the family. It doesn't have a busy nightlife with lots of clubs which is great. People are friendly and helpful and I would definitely go back to Roda.

Roda is a small but friendly village, lots of shops and restaurants, not many clubs to speak of. Lovely for an evening stroll along beachfront, no one pestering you to go into their restaurant. The village is quaint with lots of locals living in amongst shops and bars. Prices for food and drink are very reasonable and you can pick up some good bargains in the shops. Beach is fine, better beach further along which locals use. I would say that this resort is suited to older couples and people with younger children who are not looking for wild night life. Sidari would be a better choice if you wants clubs, etc.

I went to Roda in Corfu and can honestly say it is one of the best holidays i have ever been on. The weather was gorgeous and the apartments i stayed in were ideal, situated next to the pool with poolside snack bar. The main street was a thirty second walk away and we visited quite a few of the local restuarants, the best being a restaurant called Bootleggers. There are many different coach trips which run from Roda's main street which are very reasonably priced so you can explore the rest of the island. Tour Operator: First Choice

Not only have we got to know the family that run the apartments but we also know the people in the town and business people who run the tavernas bars and shops. Our daughter has always been spoilt with affection and their endless generosity - there is nowhere like it. Tour Operator: First Choice
