I went on holiday with my boyfriend to Heavenly in California, overlooking Lake Tahoe, and it was beautiful. The views were breathtaking, the accommodation was so luxurious and everyone seemed happy! There were quite a lot of day-trippers there from the South Shore and Bay Area, but the snow-making system managed to keep up. We've already started making plans to go back there next season.
