Darwin Climate and Weather
Darwin has a tropical savannah climate, with two distinct seasons and warm weather all year round. The dry season, from about May to October, brings hot, sunny days and cooler evenings, with very little rain. The wet season, from roughly November to April, is more humid and brings dramatic afternoon storms that transform the countryside into lush green. Temperatures stay fairly consistent year-round, with daytime highs around 90°F (32°C) and nights that can dip to about 65°F (18°C) during the cooler months.
