In the Surface Parking Lot rates are $2 per hour, up to $9 per day; in the Garage Parking Lot rates are $11 per day; and in the Economy Parking Lot rates are $2 per hour, up to $8 per day. The Cell-phone lot is free for the first hour, thereafter it costs $2 per hour.
