Climate in Ivory Coast
Along Côte d'Ivoire's southern coast, temperatures stay steady between 77 and 84°F (25 to 29°C), with high humidity year-round. The coast has two rainy seasons: a longer one from May to July and a shorter one in October and November, separated by dry periods in December to April and August to September.
In the central forest region, daytime temperatures reach about 86°F (30°C). Rain falls mainly from March to May and June to October, with drier months in between.
The northern savannah is the hottest part of the country, with temperatures often reaching the low 90s°F (around 33°C). It has a single rainy season from June to October, followed by a long dry season marked by dusty Harmattan winds from December to February.
