Surrounded by rolling mountains and dotted with picturesque towns, Kosovo remains largely off the mainstream travel radar and is considered a hidden gem in the Balkans. Visitors will encounter Ottoman-era mosques, historic monasteries, lush forests, and vineyard-covered hillsides.
