Climate in Iran
Spring and autumn are the best times to visit Iran, as the weather is cooler and more comfortable than during the scorching heat of June and July. July is the hottest month, with temperatures soaring between 95°F and 104°F (35°C and 40°C). Autumn starts in September, usually bringing sunny weather, though it can turn cooler and damp by November, particularly in northern regions.
Winter lasts from December through March and can bring substantial snowfall in mountainous regions. January and February are particularly cold, with temperatures dropping to between 32°F and 23°F (0°C and -5°C), though the southern regions tend to experience milder temperatures.
